According to the posters on this board it seems that if the Tiujuana Tornado were the African Tornado the WBC would require him to shave his wooly face guard. However Margs gets a pass cause he is Mexican.

Its frustrating when a retired fighter like Mayweather speaks and everybody jumps on it. We need to really move on from this and concentrate more on upcoming fights.
