This is as it should be because Pac knows that he has made more of his (lesser) talent whereas Floyd knows he might have been a real all time great but didn't take the tough route.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to become great without challenge and struggle.

Floyd should be happy with his achievements. He's done very well. However he could have been a legend but he is nowhere near that.

Legendary status is only found in public opinion and is earned with risk and challenge.

PAC will be remembered in a far greater light than Floyd.
