Arum is both a lawyer and a promoter, so everything he says is with a purpose. This seems like a two sided story. Arum believes Golden Boy is getting preferential treatment, and if it isn't true here it certainly has been before. MGM properties is concerned with oversaturating their market. Arum is only viewing this from what he percieves as his marketing goals (Filipinos as opposed to Brits), but MGM sees it as too much in Las Vegas in a short period with them having to satisfy their high rollers and make other accomodations. Ultimately Arum has a marketable commodity in Pacquaio and he can use another venue in Las Vegas or go to Texas where Manny has already fought in front of a decent crowd.

watched all Velero and Linares fights - arguably two best P4P fighters there is. Pacman is the medias flavour of the month and the one most uneducated fight fans shout for. If Arum/Pacman dares get the fight on, and they are throwing up as many excuses as possible, then we will see what happens.
