I can tell you one thing, beards do help keep the impact of punches feeling softer. I've been punched in the face with a beard, and it took alot of the power off the punches, and when I've shaved my beard off. I feel the punch alot more. People says beards don't soften up the punches and its a myth, no not in my opinion it isn't.

I can't claim to know the length of the chin portion of Tornadoe's goatee. But there isn't a doubt in my mind that the top half of his goatee is more than half an inch. He's just short of Giambi's upper lip decor.

.. It's probably Arum trying to make this fight more competitive. It seems like the majority of people give the edge to Cotto in this one so there giving Margs a little handicap. Hopefully it will result in 10 rds of two guys blasting eachother.
