Hatton: "I Want De La Hoya or Pacquiao, Then Retire"

IMO....Win or lose tomorrow night for Torres, Hatton/ Torres would be a memorable affair.....I think Hatton is in a bad spot right now. At 140. Pac? Could be a hell of a fight.
DLH? On the team? Frankly, I think DLH would beat Hatton easily.
Who's at 140? Witter? Had the chance to make it. Bradley? Sorry, I don't think ANYBODY wants to mess with that right now.
He needs to get his head on straight with the Paulie fight.
Mayweather? Just let sleeping dogs sleep.
The winner of Marg vs. Cotto aren't going to be losing sleep over this.
Berto, the winner of Judah vs Clottey...
140 is not the name to be, right now. 135 and 147. Pretty tough fields to be in....Comment

Did you not witness Mayweather timing Hatton for the check left hook that sent his head into the turnbuckle? Lazcano a B- fighter landed a similar one against Hatton and put him on ***** street. What makes you think Mayweather can't repeat that in a rematch? If Lazcano can do it Mayweather can do it blind folded.
Hatton wasn't prepared properly for the Lazcano fight, thats a fact. And he still won comfortably.Comment

no I mean giving them a chance to box their way out of a clinch.
Mayweather held on to Hatton so the ref would break them, and Cortez did it every time. Mayweather had the ref in his pocket.
get this straight, it was MAYWEATHER doing the holdingComment

Floyd offered to fight at Hattton at 140 a while back but his promoter said he needed some tune ups first. Mayweather did have all the advantages speed countering ability, footwork, defense and power at least you got one rightIf you got a ref that let them actually fight and stop reffing one fighter whilst ignoring the other fighter Hatton would win.
You're a fool if you didn't see Mayweather ducking down, throwing elbows and the ref splitting them up every 2 seconds in the first 5 rounds for nothing
don't ignore reality.
you might not like Hatton's hit hold style (even tho Floyd did most of the holding), but there's nothing Floyd could do to stop it if it wasn't for the ref stepping in
floyd had all the advantages:
he wouldn't drop to a catch-weight
he wouldn't fight anywhere but his hometown
he had the ring made bigger so he could run away
he got away with holding, throwing elbows and ducking down
and he had the ref in his pocket even penalising Hatton for punching a rope
If Cortez split them up even half as much as he did in those first 5 rounds, it would've been Hatton in the ascendancy, but Cortez set him up (hatton didnt help by rushing in, but the fact is, Cortez shouldn't have been splitting them every 2 seconds)
