Yeah. What a dismal fight that was.

And I'll be the first to say I'm not the Raheem season ticket holder. I mean his style is boring and frustrating. I just simply see the potential greatness in him.

I mean I bet you see that also. He's some skilled fighter.

a guy can fail to ko someone and get a decision and you can tell that there is no way the other guy could ever beat him.

just as you can KTFO someone and it not be a conclusive who is better type win.

if katsidis and joel were to rematch next year who would you put money on? i'd put it on katsidis.

i have joan , juan and juan ma above nate , michael and joel because i think all 3 will win their fights this year.
Juan Manuel Marquez is rated above Campbell, even though he has never fought at lightweight?

Why did Campbell fight for the belts anyways when he wasn't going to be recognized as a champion even if he won?

I'd say dropping a guy who has a serious age advantage over you three times and then KTFO him is ample evidence that Casamayor, the winner, is better than the defeated Katsidis.

Just because someone has less defeats doesn't make him better. People worship and idolize people with undefeated records, until they lose that is.

I'd put my money on Casamayor because he figured out Katsidis and was able to KTFO him.

Is the only way to explain Giovanni Lorenzo getting whipped by Raul Marquez that he had a "bad day?"

They got whooped, give the winner credit.
i know that. a loss is a loss and a win is a win.

but this list is what i think the division will look like at the end of the year.

if guzman , marquez and diaz wins like i think they will. my list will look better. i'll even bump this thread to brag. ha ha ha

I see that he's a very skilled fighter with the reflexes to throw anyone off their game. I also see that in a lot of fights, his boxing philosophy gets in the way of himself sometimes and hurts his chances of winning fights. He tries to outpoint you by thin margins every round, which doesn't work well at the highest level of the pros.

I'd say that matched tough again and Katsidis will take another loss. You can bump that.

              Yeah he beats himself.

Also I'm not furthering some type of nuthug agenda, but good luck beating the guy. I'm serious. What would people say if he got a shot at Pac........and totally annihalated him every round and won the LW Championship? Pac can't deal with that slickness.

Raheem is fighting to be the mandatory of the IBF belt, which Campbell holds. He'd probably have to fight the winner of Campbell-Guzman. Raheem is going to have his hands full trying to prove to the hometown judges in South Africa that he beat Ali Funeka, especially after infuriating the promoter.

                  Yeah I know.

However, a knockout victory against a tune up and a overseas fight with someone who has a shockingly high rating at lightweight is what Raheem needs to get himself back into real contention.
