it reminds me of what mora did he was offered a shot at the 160 title with lil chance of winning he rejected it and went to win the 154 title

I agree If you can make 154 do it.

Otherwise you get championship fights looking like Pavlik/Lockett.

Duddy would get a dangerous beating from Pavlik, no knees, just a sustained beating broken up by small insignificant moments of fleeting success that encourage the ref not to end

Duddy-Pavlik would be like that scene in Raging Bull, where he's covered in blood and saying "you never knocked me down". It would be a bigger mismatch than Cotto-Gomez.
