I don't think you should say we are the ones who generalize to much when that is what I see Brits do constantly.They claim we are all fat then a second later they claim we are dumb,after that they say we are all ignorant about their sportsman when a few posters can't name every European boxer off the top of their head.

Are you saying Roy ducked Calzaghe? Where do you guys come up with this stuff?

Roy didn't duck Calzaghe, but he made the possibility of the fight difficult. He wasn't interested in the fight unless Joe could have made himself the number 1 contender at light heavyweight. Joe would have had to give up his belt and bigger paydays to achieve this and he would have still been expected to take 30% at most if he had got the fight. Joe decided (perhaps foolishly) to try and make himself a big enough name at 168 to force the issue. Unfortunately with both Ottke and Hopkins ducking, Joe had no one to fight until Lacy came along. I suppose you could say that if Joe wanted it enough, he would have moved up, but I think anyone can see why he didn't

Roy didn't duck him (unlike Hopkins) and it wasn't up to Roy to make the fight, but it wasn't an easy, if at all possible fight to make.

Lacy - Ill admit, that was his best win b/c I along with the majority of people thought Lacy would beat his ass.. But people say he was over rated..
Kessler - A good win.. I dont have anything bad to say about Kessler, but he isn't unbeatable.
Hopkins - 43 yr old champ, who made JC look so bad.. The fight was close as hell.. If a prime bhop were in there, I guarantee a victory for bhop.
