Diaz being so slow probably made Manny look super fast, but none the less he was still looking quick as hell. All the guys at 135 are gonna be in for a tough fight against Pac that's for sure.
Diaz was too slow.. he looked frustrated, lost, and like he had given up hope.

As for Valero beating Pac, I just don't buy it. He's wild and not as close to being as fast as Pac and not crafty enough to do good against Pac. Yes he has that power, but that's about it. I feel Pac is going to put a beating on him about the same way as he did on David Diaz. Diaz had a good chin too, but he just took too much punishment. It's going to be the same way for Valero.
Absolutely agree! Yeah, I was impressed with Manny throwing combos with both hands... Right hooks, left hooks, upper cuts, the works!! And people say Freddy Roach isn't a good trainer

Yeah he was slow from the beginning. It looked like Diaz was in super slow motion while Pac was in fast motion. Then with the beating he took he just got slower as the rounds progressed.

          Exactly, good post.

No doubt. I used to think that Pac was just all about applying pressure, using his quick hands and feet and just throwing that 1-2, but now it's everything. Which makes it scary for all his future opponents.

Why is it that whenever the name Guzman comes up, people talk about him being a 'runner'? The guy is a madman! It really makes you wonder if they have seen anything of his apart from maybe a couple of rounds of Guzman vs Soto? In every fight bar one or two, he stands right in front of his opponent and ****s with them. He is just very difficult to hit but he very, very rarely, if ever 'runs'.

So, before talking crap about a fighter that you've obviously all never even seen, try actually getting some of his fights and then, and only then, should you pretend you actually know anything about the way he fights. I'll tell you this; if any of you had watched any Guzman fights you would know that he most certainly does not 'run'.

How do I know that you have never even seen any of his fights? Before moving up in weight to where he currently is, he was known and fought like a knockout artist. He would stand in and fire away like a madman! He took big hits right on the chin without flinching and just came back forward to fire away. He has taken a more counter punching role as he has moved up but is not even close to what you would call a 'runner' and still stands in the pocket. God, it annoys me when people talk about a fighter they've never seen fight.
              *Applauds!!*

Guzman is too slick for pacman I dont wanna see that fight I hate runners its boring fight.

I like to see action but I do not think Diaz can get past katsidis his only chance is to cut him up early and get a stoppage on cuts.

you are wrong on the Valero, because Valero has devastating power pacman has never ever felt a guy like him who is equally as muscular and yoked with low body fat.

Valero also has an Iron chin.
Juan Diaz has no chance to beat Pac. I used to think so until Campbell showed us that it you box and punch, Diaz can be exposed as a very limited boxer.

He also didn't have the style to beat PAc. You have to find a way in, and **** hard. Pac has not seen that fighter yet. Valero is that fight that could either ko manny or make manny great.

I dunno I mean.. I still am not sold on Valero mainly because of the lack of opposition.
He may come out of left field and surprise us all but I just don't see it. He has power yes, but he doesn't have much skill. Regardless of the outcome I think it will be a great fight.
