in your other thread he was an ironed chin fighter now you dont like him. i think you fianlly relized that calz shouldnt be fighting roy he should be fighting someone that has fought legit comp in the past 3 years.

          He is iron chinned.
Does that make me a fan?
Joe has fought a long line of mediocrity.
          I never said I was a fan.
          EVER.
          Now answer my question numbnuts.

By the way whether Roy deserves it or not he brings $ and easy $ at that for Joe.

****in hell fire!!!!! cant beleve some of the **** and anti-calzaghe **** that is being spouted on this forum and this thread.

stylistically speaking RJJ is not an easy fight for calz yet he is preferring that fight one to the fight with pavlik.

calz has always said that he needs the best fighters and a real challenge to get the best out of him otherwise he gets complacent thats why he spent his best yrs chasing down fighters like RJJ and hopkins.

he seeks out the challenge which is something that cannot be said of every other great fighter (yes im looking at you floyd).

stylistcally pavlik is easy for calz and way more predictable and methodical he woud be just like kessler and calz would just follow the same blueprint and win.

no calz needs challenge - personally i cant wait for theRJJ vs calzaghe fight it would be the ultimate sweet science. id like to see how calz is going to adapt and improvise against a fighter who is actually quicker and more talented than joe - should be interesting.

only an idiot would think that this fight is going to be easy for calz, styles make fights and calzaghes style is not suited to RJJ yet he is still expected to win.i think that says volumes about the welshman dont you?

i agree with you and im not bashing calz im simply saying there are people on here than say for hasnt fought legit fighters in 3 years so why does he deserve this fight. i cant wait for it either. im just simply stating people bashing jones and praising calz who has fought legit fighters over the past 3 years and roy hasnt yet calz is fighting (their words not mine) shot to hell roy jones not a LEGIT fighter.

Money. Plus he'll probably get credit for beating Roy, just like Lennox Lewis got credit for beating a shot Mike Tyson or Jack Johnson got credit for beating an old James J. Jeffries who hadn't fought in 6 years.
