I'd actually rate Hagler higher. He fought and beat much better opponents IN THEIR PRIME.

This is an ESPN thing just so people know the criteria they intend to use.

Of course, Ezzard Charles would be above Pryor and way above Mancini.

South Carolina- Joe Frasier was born here but of course repped philly. I would say hes definitely the best fighter BORN in sc. But of the fighters that actually rep sc, it would have to be Lamar Parks or Paul Williams

They updated this today finally and did California. Apparently James(Jim) J Jefferies is the greatest fighter to come out of California. I would have thought they could have come up with someone a little better then that considering the first guy they did was Jack Johnson.

I strongly agree that BHop by far is the best fighter to rep PA, but how bout my friendly neighbor New Jersey? Interested to hear some picks. I kinda like Jersey Joe Walcott, unfortunately a bit ahead of his time, back when people had no effing idea how to judge a fight.

Kansas: That guy who Ronald Hearns knocked out recently...

Seriously, I have no idea. I don't know of any good fighters from my home state.
