Lou Dibella says Jermain Taylor may decide to face Jeff Lacy in a non-title fight, instead of Carl Froch for the WBC super middleweight title. Taylor needs a confidence-building fight before going against Froch, because he's coming off two losses.

Why not have a confidence builder. No problem with that. He's still a relatively young guy, there's no rush.

I doubt ANYONE with ANY SKILL (which includes Taylor), is actually AFRAID of Froch. He's respectable, but he doesn't elicit fear from the elite opponents.

All Im saying is that if you have a chance to fight for the WBC Championship of the world you should step up and take it....**** this confidence boosting ****...If Froch is so ordinary and overrated like you guys say he is than why dosent Taylor want to fight him for the title??

Coming off two straight losses, Taylor needs a confidence-builder. Lacy is someone who he can fight on HBO and make some money, while at the same time feel confident of defeating.

Froch is a dangerous opponent who's been ducked by a lot of people, such as Inkin.

It's too bad Pascal is next in line. It should be Fulgencio Zuniga, another boxer that no one in the division wants to fight.
