But he is fast, a little underrated I would say.

Watch for 4:25 when Toney fights off the ropes against Barkley.

yeah i agree 100% at 160lbs Toney was pretty quick i remember thinking that when i was his 1st fight with McCallum and he had very good power at that weight aswell

Roy Jones had the fastest hands in history as far as I'm concerned.

After Roy comes Meldrick Taylor, prime Camacho Sr, Ray Leonard, Ali, and Shane Mosley.

Also as much of a dumbass as Zab is, in his prime he had some wickedly fast hands. His handspeed has declined now.

Roy, Meldrick Taylor and Ray Leonard are faster, but I think young DLH has underrated handspeed.

Floyd did NOT have faster hands than Mel Taylor! Also Camacho Sr's hands were faster than Floyd's.

Floyd threw very fast single punches, but what made him exceptional were his reflexes, skills, and legs.

Taylor threw much faster combos. As did Camacho, Judah, and Mosley.

Meldrick Taylor, and a "young" (1980's) Hector Camacho Sr. Those two had the fastest hands I ever saw. Zab Judah was quick, but these two put combos together that mind boggling!
