carl froch trains at my gym i spoke to froch i think he knows his only chance is to ko jermain and i can really see that happening hes a very big super middlewieght he looks alot bigger then pavlik.

like he really said "yeah man, taylors the man,my only chance is to KO him"....

froch has everything pavlik has and more,hes stronger,better chin,totally unorthodox stylewise which draws you in,hes just a better all round athlete and boxer than pavlik is its that simple,taylors going down!!

barry mcguigan has stated that carl is a superstar in the making,i tend to agree,hes only been a pro for 5 years wait till the big fights come he will be a massive handful for any SMW,and dont compare him to the likes of gary lockett and all the usual british bum ****,hes as exciting a prospect as david haye is if not more so.

i spoke to carl and he told me hes been calzaghes mandatory challager for over a year thats just complete bs he deserves a shot.

Froch must be pulling your leg there. Calzaghe has even had the WBC title a year.

I can't believe you list this as a positive quality. He keeps his hands down and throws looping punches, and it continually gets spun into "unorthodox style" and "punches from weird angles". You do realize that against a good boxer this is more likely to get him knocked out, right? Besides, Taylor has struggled most against orthodox fighters with solid defense like Pavlik and Wright.

Better athlete? Taylor is arguably a better athlete than Pavlik; did it matter when they fought? Not one bit, because Pavlik outboxed him. Athleticism can only take you so far in boxing. And even then, I don't think you could convince many people that Froch is a better athlete than Taylor.
