Well, during the interview with Arum and Pacman right after the bout with Diaz... Pacman and Arum clearly states that Pacman's weight limit is at 140lbs, he aint going to 147lbs...
I think, the fight with Hatton at 140lbs if ever it come earlier, is just a one time deal and he will go back to 135lbs win or lose.

Edwin Valero will end the Pac man's reign - if the fight happens. Arum is all talk asthe threat of Valero winning will cost him 100s of millions once Pacman is beaten.
Equally as good if not better is Valeros good friend and WBC featherweight - jorge Linares who will in the next few years be the best P4P.

I'm fairly sure that Sugar Ray wasn't a 5 Div. Champ, he was a 2 Div Champ, Welter and middle. He was a 5=TIME middleweight champ, which is quite different.
