    Gatti/Mayweather= Not surprise mismatch

pac/diaz= surprise mismatch, meaning it wasn't suppose to be as one-sided as it was
Mayweather went up in weight to beat Gatti as well.

There were a lot of people who thought the Pacquiao - Diaz fight would turn out to be a mismatch, I thought Pacquiao would dominate and knock Diaz out and that's exactly what happened. No big surprise...

First of all, Baldomir was Floyd's third fight at WW. Secondly, Floyd could have tried for the knockout but instead chose to run from the 13 KO's in 58 fight (mostly against Argentine cab drivers) Baldomir. Not. Even. Close.

Gatti was a shot fighter by that time. Neither Diaz nor Baldomir were shot.

Remember, Mayweather started his pro career at 130, while Pacquiao bagan at 106 and won a world title at 112.

Pacquiao's moving up EIGHT weight divisions and 29 pounds to fight at 135, Mayweather only moved up two divisions and 10 pounds o fight a shot Gatti at 140, and three to fight Baldomir at 147.

So I thought it was closer to fair, to compare the Floyd's Baldomir fight to Manny's Diaz fight, even though Floyd had the advantage of it being his third fight at 147.

Did Manny hurt his hand in the 6th round like PBF stated he had hurt his?
thread. I know you can come up with something better than this.

Watching Pac fight is exciting and entertaining because he is so explosive and loves to ****. He will get hit, and just **** his gloves together and say "yeah cmon".

Watching Floyd fight is like watching golf while listening to classical music.

Pacquiao's performance was better and more exciting.

The thing is, there's no need for threads like this. Everyone knows the answer, even the most fanatic Floyd supporters. This will only create conflict between the two sides, the critics and the supporters. It's beginning to make this forum unreadable.

If you want to compare, then take the two most dominating performances of both fighters careers, not the most dominating for the other and the dullest for another.

There's no need for this trash.

Who is the more exciting fighter, Pacquiao or Mayweather?
pac fought like a true warrior and never ran and then finished the night with a brutal ko.

Does the idea that Manny is a better fighter than Mayweather shake up your world?

Manny pacquiaos Right hand was brusied during the Diaz fight...at his after party he had a big ass bandage wrap around it.

Even when pacman fractured his left hand during the marquez fight he was a 1 trick pony but kept trying to go for the ko with that left...they have pics that **** was swollen.
