So they choose refs based on territory? I never knew that. I always wondered why certain guys would get picked in certain areas more often than others.

Yeah but c'mon, Cortez has some serious problems making the right call at times. And he basicially robbed Soto of the title that he busted his ass to earn.

But yeah, Smoger would be perfect. He'd let them tear each other apart with minimal interference and fanfare.
