It could be Kenny Bayless, Jay Nady, Raul Caiz Sr. or any number of people and it'd be fine. Smoger is an east coast ref though so it won't be him.

they're not slow at all, he just knows when a fighter is done and when he can go on. he let Pavlik continue and didn't let Taylor because he knew Pavlik was good to go while Taylor was finished. he's just smart like that. he let Mayorga take insane punishment against Tito because he knew Mayorga could. I would say he just knows the guys he's officiating real well
