He is greater than Floyd right now. Mayweather is retired and his opposition of the last 4 years is very unimpressive compared to what could have been. Manny has fought and beat better opposition in more convincing and crowd pleasing action. Technically speaking, Floyd has the better overall tools. However, Manny gets the most out of his box while moving up higher.

I'm a Mexican fan who appreciates Pacquiao's skill and passion for the sport. I still think that if JM Marquez were his size that he'd beat Pacquiao, which I guess proves that I think Floyd is even better. A lot of Mexican fans think Pacquiao is greater than Mayweather, but not all of us.
