I think Ricky has been on somewhat of a slide for a while now. I think his lifestyle more than anything will shorten his career. It is a shame because he has some of the best offensive footwork I have ever seen in any fighter.

He lost a lotta confidence when he lost his 0. He suffered a brutal KO, but not a brutal beatin in the fight altogether. PBF didn't ruin him, but he took sumthin outta him 4 sho.

I bet all of my points on Floyd to win. I argued back then that he wasn't a bum, or "average clubfighter" as you put it, and I still feel the same way. Obviously with his lifestyle, greasy foods and beer, turning into a doughboy between fights and the punishment he has to take as a guy with 20 in long reach to get close enough to land something, he has been on the decline for a while. And no, he was never in the same class as Floyd.

Hatton was a popular fighter who cashed in on his popularity against Mayweather, He wasnt ruined by Mayweather but he just wasnt in the same level as him.

Of course not. If anyone has ever seen Ricky fight prior to the Mayweather fight, you'd know Floyd didnt ruin him. This is what happens with Floyd's opponents. They get overrated to the point that poeple forget their previous preformances. Ricky just isnt that GREAT of a fighter The Coalition tries to make him out to be.
