Calzaghe better put a Clinic against Jones jr...

if he wants to get in contention for the p4p spot

but I doubt he will 175 is too much weight for him.

Joe C needs to stay at 168 he looked like a slower guy against hopkins and got dropped by him.

Joe can win but no way he puts on a clinic against Roy, even at this point in time. And Joe C ain't touchin Pac's #1 ranking unless Pac gets beat.

Jones Jr. is a lot better then David Diaz though skill wise.

Exactly. People are overreacting to Pacman's win. Terrific performance and amazing that he's done the business at 5 weights now but ****in hell - it was David Diaz!!!

Even if Joe wins easily, we apparently base #1 pound for pound on who is the most exciting according to guys like Domain and VIVA MEXICO so there is no way Joe can ever be #1 unless Kelly Pavlik, Manny Pacquiao, Ricardo Mayorga, etc die.

On a serious note, Pacquiao is definitely #1 and probably won't lose his spot until he loses. Calzaghe will retire before that happens.

its so hard to call with Jones obviously in his twilight but I doubt Calzaghe will be able to decisively beat him. I am pulling hard for Jones.

I agree that 175 is not Calzaghe's weight class, however he will beat Jones. he'll look good doing it too. It may even not be hugely different to the Lacy fight, since Jones is quite static now and I think he will find it very hard to get hi shots away against Calzaghe. I wouldn't elevate Calzaghe above Pacquiao even if he beats Jones though.
