Yeah you can call it brilliant and I can call you idiot Fake Floyd fan.
My opinion is based on watching boxing and respecting what each and everyone of them do in the ring.

Its easy to get carried away with a fight like that but lets put it into perspective, Pacquiao was fighting a guy who was on paper much bigger, stronger and a real force in the Lightweight division yet he comprehensively outboxed, out punched, and out fought the guy.
I have watched the fight twice now and it is almost a flawless performance with Pacman putting on a boxing master class by out jabbing Diaz, leading off with switch hitting lefts, lead hooks and counter lefts. Diaz in every aspect was second best and was beaten up round by round.
Considering the weight factors this for me is the greatest single performance of the last ten years. We can talk about Mayweather v Gatti or Calzaghe v Lacy etc but this eclipses those and many more.
Diaz is a very good fighter yet he was made to look average.
It was good, but let's not go over board here. To say it was the best performance of the last decade is really, really stretching it. Diaz is a soft punching, slow, plodding fighter who was always going to look terrible against any fast, active fighter. It was an amazing show by Pac but in no way was it anything overly special. There have been ten million better clinics put on by fighters over the last decade and if you've been following boxing longer than most have been alive here, then you've got one hell of a short memory!

He is saying the best singular performance perhaps in the last ten years, not the best fight.
I see his point, remember Pac is fight some 30lbs heavier than when he started in this sport and he went out and absolutely destroyed this guy.
Remember how difficult Hatton found it just moving up one weight.Even Collazo was a good boxer and was a champ in a great division at the time. Collazo was a fast, technically skilled boxer. Diaz is the complete opposite. Not trying to take away from the win, as it was great, just not that great.

it was a great performance that deserves props, but I don't think it was the best performance in 10 yrs or whatever. Pac should get credit for that ass whoopin, but fighters have domianted more dangerous fighters that were expected to beat them by more people than Pac did wit Diaz. I respect Diaz and based on his size advantage, gave him a slight chance at the upset, but Pac more or less was supposed to win. He just wasn't expected to do so quite as brutally as he did.

Manny came into fight night 1 pound less than Diaz, so let's not get worked up about size.
You are completly overreacting about a one sided demolition that was supposed to be a one sided demolition.
Diaz was handpicked by Pac's people so he could look good.
