And even though I think DiBella may be right about Lacy being the bigger TV draw and the more profitable fight... it would be smart to consider that if Taylor were to fight Froch instead, and wins, he would have a belt. Having a title could probably command more money for his NEXT fight.

So while Lacy may be worth more money to HBO now... the Froch fight w/belt might be the better long-term investment IF he wins.

A fight with Froch will be Taylors last. I know why Taylor wants Lacy. Because he has seen a tape a nd thought **** That!!!!!

No but they are going to have to earn their place in line if they want to make the transition successfully. Haye knew this, why else would he confront Wlad like he did, in front of the cameras? He understood that he needed to do more than show up and expect a fight.

I understand it's about the green, but this is what's wrong with the sport right now. If a guy's earned his shot with a ranking, he's earned his shot with a ranking.

Fighting Lacy would be the easier option for Jermain Taylor. Lacy is well-known in the States and Taylor knows he has more than enough in the tank to see him off, probably by KO.

Froch is a bit of an enigma. Personally I think Froch would be the more challenging fight and he'd cause Taylor some problems before being beaten late on.

I just dont want to hear How "Froch" hasnt tested himself, He has seek fights that would test him only for his well-known opponents to pull out.

I hope taylor/lacy falls through so they can make the froch fight but i doubt it.
