Taylor Vs Calzaghe would be a close fight but Joe Takes it
Kinda like Hopkins 116-112 Joe, i still can't believe they almost robbed CalzagheComment

Apparently boxing scene has become infused with ****** posters who for some reason, determined this thread was related in any way to a triangle theory.
I am nullifying the concept and claim that Calzaghe's victory over Hopkins was in any way impressive and HOF worthy, considering Jermain Taylor had achived two consecutive decision victories over Hopkins 3 years earlier at Hopkin's prime fighting weight.
Shortly after, he was knocked out by Kelley Pavlik, who has called out Joe Calzaghe, who has claimed a fight with Pavlik will "never happen."
This thread, and the first post, was directed at Calzaghe fans who claim Pavlik has no chance against Joe, because they are clinging to hope and delusion that Calzaghe is invincible, citing victories over Hopkins, a vurtually untested Kessler, and Jeff "LOL" Lacy (Thanks, annie)
Those who responded to this thread and were ****** enough to assume it was some type of attempt to claim Pavlik would beat Joe becaue of Hopkins and Taylor, etc etc, are blatently ignorant and clearly not worth anyone's time.
In fact, I never even said Kelly would beat Joe at any time.
That was fun.

He really didn't do anything for himself though, he threw amatuer punches, weak flurries, was dropped and really looked piss poor.
I bet the judge who gave the fight to Hopkins prefers cleaner, more professional boxing styles to Joe's unique and unorthodox style.Comment

...............i wasnt "impressed" by taylor like i thought i was gonna be.
He clinched a smaller man, and tired far to early, He missed way to much, and he got hit to much.
I was EXpECTING a semi-early KO, but i underestimated OUMA's chin at 160 pounds.
With that said, i thought Taylor did fairly well. He could be in some GREAT fights if he'd stob unneccisarily clinching. Id rather have 2 guys stand across from eachother doing nothing, then clinching...
BUT, Taylor is extremely talented at what he does. He manages to generate a lot of power going backwards and can fight off the ropes and in the center of the ring.
I was more impressed with OUMA then UNIMpRESSED with Taylor.
BUt i do think Taylors style gets dominated by CalzagheComment
