Tony looking good in training but that is the most out of shape ive EVER seen tony.

Interesting how fast he looks on the mitts. His punches are tighter too, yet in the ring they are wider and slower. Unless he's working on speed.

He looks soft too I noticed. He's definitely a natural 154 pounder.

This is exactly how fighters look weeks before a fight. I hope that cotto takes his time losing his weight. Being 10 lbs away from fighting weight is good, but a bit early for a fight being a month away. I hope cotto doesn't over train. Margs looks on schedule aslo.
