I wish more people had more than a third grade education and knew the difference between "their' and "there".

For me, people who are from "my country" is starting to become subjective. Even fighters who have fought with the US Flag on their backs still maintain strong ties with the countries of their fathers. I mean, the following fighters are traditionally american or fought for us in the olympics

          Oscar De La Hoya
          Fernando Vargas
          Raul Marquez
          Vanes Matirosan

I mean, i like all of those guys (except vargas), but if i said these were outstanding american fighters, some people would get mad, and try to bring up their cultural roots. Its like in boxing or other sports, unless you are white or black, you arent considered american, mostly by their own people. If i told you Oscar is an alltime great AMERICAN fighter, mexicans might give me an earful, even though its the truth. He is no less american than me, both born in the same state, country etc.
