There is absolutely nothing wrong with rooting and cheering for fighters from your own country. Continue supporting these Mexican warriors VIVA.
British,Puerto Rican and Filipino fans do the same.
The Armenian guy VanesBoxing does it too.
The more fans we get supporting their own countrymen the better boxing will be.

            Yes.

When it is futile to cheer for the ones who continue losing for no good reason.

Excellent post. It's only natural to root for your own people, and people doing that helps keep the sport of boxing alive.

of course it is not wrong. it's natural, but it is also nice to cheer for the guys you like as boxers for that reason(their boxing skill), regardless of where they hail.

The bold, sounded INCREDIBLY FUNNY AND ******. Sounded like a corny gang name in a movie from the 80's. Lol.

Second of all, it's wrong because ACCIDENTLY being born in any country, of any race, of any ethnicity is nothing to be proud of. It's an accident. Big deal.

You're not supposed to be proud. You didn't accomplish anything. It's not an achievement. Be happy, pride is for those who actually have DONE something.

THIRD OF ALL, when you do so to the point that you sell other fighters short, from other countries or of other ethnicities, you're being close-minded and a moron. You're limiting yourself, and it's pathetic.

Enjoy watching who fights the way you like fights. Don't try to say, 'He's the white Mexican, because he fights like THIS.' It's bull****.
