I aggree, Navarro throws a lot of punchs. And from what i seen of Donaire he just waits for the bomb most of the time.

Donaire's opponent is still unknown according to boxrec. Even so, I'm pretty sure it's going to be Jose Navarro, who showed good performance against Kawashima, then WBC super flyweight champ at the time. I know a lot of people even including avid Japanese fight fans thought Kawashima was defeated by Navarro, but from my viewpoint, either fighter could be a winner. The bout was almost about what kind of performance you appreciate more highly. Those who acclaim skilled fighters would have been in favor of Navarro, and those who prefer power shots would have picked Kawashima. Navarro's next title shot came against Masamori Tokuyama, whom Kawashima defeated to gain the belt and was defeated by to lose it. The Tokuyama bout was unquestionably easy to decide. Though Navarro showed great performance once again, Tokuyama was nowhere near his league. Tokuyama was just too elusive for anyone and his right straight punches were accurate and sharp as a knife that night.

Be that as it may, my bet goes to Donaire, regardless of the weight division they'll fight at. Flyweight or super flyweight, it doesn't matter. Navarro is good. Donaire is better. Period.

Good move from Nonito. I felt Shaw was harming his career and not showing anywhere near enough attention to one of the most talented boxers around. Top rank will definately do a better job in getting Nonito the big fights and keeping him active.

          Good tune-up for Donaire~

This should not be a Title Defense~
It should be fought at SuperFly~ so Nonito will test skills & power at this weight!

Navarro is the gate keepper at 115lbs~
Lost to Kawashima, Kirilov, Mijares in a compititive passion~

          I can't wait... Donaire-Montiel or Donaire-Mijares or Mijares-Montiel~

Donaire is becoming a better boxer with each fight, and while he throws alot of punches, he also knows how to time the harder ones! So you might find the 3rd or 5th punch in a combo is the actual power. He definitely needs to work on he defense though. All three of those possibilities are mouthwatering, and the biggest detail is that Donaire can handle himself in there with all of these styles. Given time, I think he can become a truly complete boxer.

oh yeah, and Shaw was mad at Donaire b/c he KO'd Vic D., and Shaw's still trying to go with Vic! What a loser-to try to bury talent like that...
