I understand, but right now I'd rather be in Valuev's situation than Chagaev's. He won't be making any money for awhile and has a long rehab to deal with.

most of these heavies are fat ****s, who don't train all year, than train for a fight, and get hurt.

this is garbage. This is the second time this has happened with Chagaev. Ya know, its probebly not his fault...but the fact of the matter is that the guy has only faced Matt Skelton in over a year.

That is just pathetic. We cant have that. being healthy is part of boxing, and Chagaev is a horrible champion. overall I feel hes pretty overrated too.

I would like to see Dimitrenko fight Valuev for an interim title. I would say Ruiz, but that first fight ******, and Ruiz would probebly just get robbed again anyway.

Probably not on 9 days notice. You need to be in top fighting shape against Valuev.

Go easy on Chagaev. He had a serious virus last year, Hepatitis B. Now he's had more bad luck with a serious injury.

He's doing the best he can, and he was a very good fighter before the Hep B.

Ruiz wasn't robbed in that fight, Valuev deserved to win a close decision. The German crowd always roots against Valuev, that's why they booed. Ruiz perhaps should have been disqualified from many of his fights for excessive holding.

I thought perhaps Valuev did receive a gift decision in his fight with Larry Donald, though. Donald put a great effort into that one, and I scored it as a close decision for Larry.

I had Ruiz winning. all Valuev was doing was jabbing the whole entire time...which worked at times, admittedly. but two or three flurries from Ruiz a round seemed to win it for em, it was such an uneventful fight.

aint seen the Donald fight, heard it was a bad robbery tho.

The Donald fight was definitely a robbery. It wasn't even close like the Ruiz fight.

I just scratch my head when I hear something like that. I mean, I thought Larry was done by the time Vitali blew him away, and he was probebl at his best or around it when he fought Bowe in the 1990s.
What the hell is he doing with a win over someone like Valuev in his age? Valuev is a top guy.

On the other hand, it does kind of make Povetkin look good, even if Donald was 40ish. Povetkin is one of my favorite heavyweights today.
