More like Calzaghe wants to get paid. Which is why he's returning to the US. makes you wonder why he couldn't do this six years ago?

FYI: The fight is a done deal.

That's what I was interring in my response, he's looking for a big pay day towards the end of his career, not a steady wage anymore. He's also not fussed where he fights if the fights what he wants tbh despite many peoples views to the contrary, he wanted to fight Kessler in Denmark. More money in LA will attract him, but only if it's a big difference as he would like his last fight in his home country but performing well against America is still something he'd like to do so.

And FYI the fight is a done deal, lmao, would ppl stop saying stuff like this without even a word of where they've read it, any source, heard it, or why people should credit it. Sorry but it's not credible unless you do so, otherwise it's just talk.

Ok, it's just talk. Either way, it's a done deal.

Thinking it true, and a few articles saying it's likely, some of which tabloid newspapers and none totally reliable, is not a done deal. Just to get the record straight, sorry dude.

Why are you apologizing to me? LOL. You don't need me to validate it and vice versa. It's a done deal - whether you choose to believe it or not. And it doesn't matter cuz it'll hit the papers pretty soon. We all have our sources.

Done deal, is kinda like saying it's absolutely dead certain and well known which it's not. Even if you have good sources, a; your not mentioning them, b; nothings 100% til it's officially announced by the camps, thats not happened, so done deal is a little misleading to me. There's reason things aren't officially released often, because it's not official or a done deal.

I'm pretty confident they'll fight too, but even that's not dead cert, let alone the deal, the date, the place or venue. I've seen that said before when people have been certain, loads more ppl have then believed its a dead cert, then when the camps a few days or weeks later say no it's not, worse still it's off (countless of fights) ppl moan and invent all kindsa **** up, like oooh Joe backed out, or Roy doubled his price etc.

Just an FYI: Half the time deals are done, other details are included later. Which is why we get ambiguous quotes like, "It's done in principle." But hey, I understand your concern. You'll hear official word by next week.
