"You euro fighters!"
"Euro fighting bums!"
It just sounds very odd to me, because in Europe nobody ever refers to anyone as European. I've never been in the states where somebody has asked where I'm from I've ever said "Oh I'm from Europe" eh? what?
Yet if an American had been on a trip to Spain, Italy or France....it's not "Oh I've been on a trip to France" it's "I've been on a trip to Europe".
Europe isn't a country guys, yes it's a continent the same as South America and the distinction between countries is very bold, we're not "altogether" and never ever ever collectively been regarded "as one" as you've probably been taught in geography class.
We did have 2 world wars you know....
The distinction between nationality of boxers between the likes of Kessler, Calzaghe and Abraham is very much far between in terms of language, culture etc as with the same difference between Floyd Mayweather, Cotto and Manny.
So please refrain from using "Euro Bum" because to me and a lot of others it just doesn't make sense.
"Welsh bum", "Danish bum", "French bum", "English bum" sound a lot more appropriate.
Thank you.
