Dude I'll be the first to admit I want to see Pacquiao lose. He wins on speed and power. There is no technique to Pacquiao and whenever anyone decides to sit and trade with Pacquiao that's where they **** up because Pacquiao's wild and quick flurries will always get there first. If he fought a patient boxer who stayed on the outside Pacquiao would get straight embarrassed. If you go back to Pacquiao's fights with Barrera and Marquez (two guys who can box very well) when they boxed him they shut him down but when that toe to toe "warrior" mentality took over and they elected to trade, Pacquiao always got the best of the exchanges. Truth is, I just get frustrated watching a guy who can't really box continue to win especially against guys who can box but play into his hands. I appreciate both brawlers and boxers but boxing to me is an art and I'd rather see a fighter who is tactical, calculated, and has finese(sp?) win rather than a crude brawler. With all that said I do think Pacquiao is a very likeable guy who at least appears very humble which I respect greatly. This is my opinion, feel free to agree or disagree, but Pacquiao's time is up this Saturday....

Still prime for prime, Pacquiao beats Barrera in any weight.........Morales would be another story. In his prime Morales would have probably win a trilogy against Pac. And a prime Marquez will be a thorn against those 3 because of his style. But still because of his counterpunching style he would never generate fans even if he wins against those 3. None is like the charisma of MAB, EM and Pac.

It is possible he could beat a prime barrera and morales, but those guys had wars before pac fought them, and it has taken their tolls on them over the years. Marquez has the backing of the Mexican crowd finally. In fact imo he fought the tougher comp than morales and barrera, and will go down on my list higher than those guys. Your signature is kind of funny, but not funny. Marquez with a scarf on??? The reason why i never liked barrera until he fought morales is because i thought he was ducking marquez. Morales too. I took it personal when they never made those fights. I see marquez as being greater than both guys, and pac and marquez as even fighting wise. If Pac beats a good prime fighter, he will get true props from me. He can fight, so he shouldn't be listening to Arum. Fans love to see their man in with a guy who can truly fight. Anyway, i hope diaz beats pac lol.

I kind of feel the same way, except I don't want to see any fighter get beat. I just want to see how he does under serious pressure from a guy in his prime who can box, and punch. Good post.
