When I boxed, I hit the biceps muscle, the pit of the stomach, used a shot gun jab, attacked the body, and stepped back. I also feinted a lot to get an opening. Remember Eric Harding-Roy Jones??? Jones kept hitting Harding on the arms swo much that he tore his bicep muscle blocking punches. The muscle ripped from the tendon.

Thats pretty much what i said in my explanation on the 3rd page. However in my experience i found it more effective to target the forearm. You dont have to worry about getting through it since you're not getting hit anyway. Just put yourself in a position where you can take out the effectiveness of his power arm by pounding away and he has to reach across his body to counter at all leaving him exposed and awkward

You can move the forearm though imo. Hit something that won't move. You can make a guy miss if you aim for he forearm. The arm has to stay bent to block punches, so I say hit the bicep. Hitting the forearm isn't a bad idea either.

Exactly though. Getting hit on the forearm hurts more because you dont have as much meat there. and if you're pounding away at almost a 90degree angle from your opponent he's either going to move his forearm and give you the openings you're looking for or break his forearm or he's going to expose himself trying to reach across trying to get some offense going
