    yes and just yes... pacquiao may have his own countrymen buy his ppv but even that isnt enough, Mexicans outnumber them and have been boxing fans since the longest.. they bought most of the PPVs from the Marquez-Pacquiao fight..
    Marquez-Barrera only did 200k+... Without Pacquiao, Barrera and Marquez will never get a 7 digit figure on their rematch.. If Pac never dismantle and beat 3 of your legendary Mexicans then that may be the case but right now they will beg for their life to earn that figure. Pacquiao fighting bums earns him 7 digit figure still.. How about The legendary Casamayor against Marquez on PPV.. Just wait for it and don't be surprise if it will be made on a regular HBO instead of a PPV.

      Like i said u dumbass.. People knew Marquez is a better fighter then Pacquaio and beat him in the first fight, they wanted to see him school his ass again so they bought it, it was a well worthy of a PPV...Barrera and Marquez did that low because BOTH are old and who ever won that fight wouldn't prove much.. had they fought in their prime would be a different story.

        12,000 seat arena and only 4 thousand tickets...wow must be the gas prices?

        I hope people order the ppv at least I know I am gotta support boxing .
        Wow, Diaz just isn't the type of opponent that gets a rise out of the public. Pac needs to fight someone who they can promote that is capable of beating him.

          Don't give Makedamn the respect of answering his pathetic posts. Anyone who believes Pac carries a card with marquez(the rematch) and barrera on it is not in the know of things.

            Better fighter which he lost twice and got knock down 4-5 times? The fact is the judges admitted that Pac should be the winner in their first fight.. So he lost twice already. Yeah your right. it was a worth PPV seeing Marquez lost.. Stop with your excuses you ****head.. During their prime, it would be regular PPV since lower weights mostly are regular free TV.. Pac is the reason why the Morales, Barrera and Marquez made a historyand became PPV worth when Pac beat all of them..

                last time they were tallying the numbers and someone said it was 325k then later an article said it passed 400k, and then some guy wrote an article saying hbo exec said it did 500k buys or some ****.
                That HBO executive said they were still counting and he said it could go over 500k. When they counted it all, it was 425k

                  LOL! Domain just can't accept the truth. Pac pulled huge ticket sales when this fight was announced. He is the name person here and a huge draw. I'd rather believe a reliable boxing website that says the Pac/Marquez II fight sold 425k ppvs than Domain's "out of his ass" ppv numbers..

                  Xcaret = Idiot..

                    I also believe gas prices which everyone seems to be ignoring, has a big effect on people traveling. I mean cmon, if you travel, you generally take a big vehicle to bring a long ****. These big vehicles get like 15mpg. At nearly 5 bucks a gallon, you do the math. As far as PPV sales go, I haven't seen any advertisements yet and HBO did without a Countdown. I think the fact that nobody is gonna know it's on, will hurt it, and it's only HBO and Toprank's fault to blame. Not getting the word out there and not letting anyone know wtf is going on doesn't help. As for whose bigger draw, it's no doubt these days, Pacquiao is the biggest draw. It doesn't take a rocket science to realize everyone and their mother wants to fight Pacquiao to get the biggest paycheck of their career. Why? Because he DRAWS.

                      Sounds like an excuse to fall back on when Marquez-Casamayor gets scratched from PPV and onto showtime
