He did help a lot of it though. Mexican nation wanting Marquez to beat Pacquiao. Conterversial first draw and the first fight was highly entertaining. 425ks is believeable and it's proven to be right.

many boxing articles are bull**** sad to say!

it was just arum hyping the fight up I remember recently he said that the tickets sales were doing ok...and said if they do not sell then he hopes the ppv rates rise, he blames the Gas prices.

yes and just yes... pacquiao may have his own countrymen buy his ppv but even that isnt enough, Mexicans outnumber them and have been boxing fans since the longest.. they bought most of the PPVs from the Marquez-Pacquiao fight..

its Bull**** for some reason they never give the real number!

last time they were tallying the numbers and someone said it was 325k then later an article said it passed 400k, and then some guy wrote an article saying hbo exec said it did 500k buys or some ****.

this is the **** with boxing that pisses me off they always put the fans in a frenzy of BS.

just give it to us straight and honest they always sugar coat numbers.

hmmmmm who should i believe. an official article, or ur supposed friend... hmmm...

and wtf are you talking about. dont pull **** out of no where. Arum hasnt made a single statement in the last few weeks on ticket sales for the Pac fight.

and lastly, he only brought up the gas for the Pavlik-Lockett fight, which ended up doing a modest 7,000 seats. Almost the same amount of seats sold for the MMA network TV debut, for a superstar like Kimbo. so....

We get it bro, we do. There are some Pinoy's that are strictly Pacquiao nuthuggers but there are plenty on here who know boxing.

Open your eyes man, and see.
You seem like you know the sport pretty well, but you don't have to blindly go after everyone because they say Pac does good sales.

And for the record, I thought JMM beat Pac in the rematch. I had Pac up by a point in the first fight.

Official numbers are released 100% of the time, a few weeks after the fights.

Officially, Marquez-Pacquiao 2 broke 400,000 buys. I know u it pains u when boxing does well, but u can go **** urself.
