i think arguello and azumah nelson were better in this division. maybe some other old timers also.

...Arguello in his prime...Boom Boom Mancini in his prime, after he matured (post his Arguello beat down) but before he killed the Korean fighter, which ruined him...Jeff Fenech was a monster, I think he fought at that weight...Nelson was a monster too...then there's Manny, and the slew of great Mexicans he's fought...and this is just off the top of my head...I don't think PBF is as good as or has fought the level of fighters that some of the greats from the 70's and 80's...I doubt Manny could handle Fenech or Nelson in their primes at 130 or 135...

Floyd is far from being the greatest fighter at 130. He fought mostly past prime opponents, and avoided the best. He could have moved down to fight Morales a few years ago (Floyd was able to make 130 no problem) but he was afraid to.

There are many fighters who were greater than Floyd at 130, such as Nelson and Arguello. Two more recent examples are Pacquiao and Morales.

I dont care what anyone says here (ok i am going to check back if there are some opinions I respect disagreeing with this), but Mayweather beats all of the great 130 fighters. No one in that division had the right style to bother him, with the exception of Saddler. he would not be physically overmatched as he usually is. He didnt reign for 10 years, because he moved up in weight to face Castillo.

If you don't see the above watch Rocky instead of watching the actual sport of boxing, because maybe you will understand that.

The fact that you mention Morales and Pacquiao is also ridiculous. Morales struggled with the same fighters Mayweather destroyed, Pacquiao never fought a legit 130 fighter.
