3. Floyd calling himself the G.O.A.T when he won't go near a ring with a real WW.

Did Cotto call Mayweather out? How I recall things, Mayweather called Cotto out and he ( Cotto) ducked the match, in fairness he would have been humiliated at that point in time. Also so what if he hasn't fought many WW, he didn't exactly start his career out at that weight class. He made his name in the lower weight divisions also.
