Abraham will be the betting favorite, because oddsmakers aren't ignorant like you kids.
Pavlik will be the betting favorite, for sure.

I definitely can't see Abraham getting stopped, let alone getting knocked out. The 1st Miranda fight proves that to a point but I can't see him beating Pavlik either.

Pavlik's all action, pretty much all the time. Abraham's defence is good but he is there to hit and Pavlik will take advantage. I just think Pavlik will land more than Abraham.

If anyone's gonna get knocked out it's Pavlik but i don't think it'll come to that.

Pavlik by close but unanimous decision.

As a boxing fan I'm just glad to see Abraham prove what a great fighter he is and set up this great fight.
When this fight happens it's us boxing fans that are the real winners.

I am picking Arthur to win it all.
Abraham developed nicely into a counter puncher and Pavlik will give him plenty of opportunity to counter him and unlike winky(who would get beat up against Pavlik) he can hurt and finish pavlik.
Oh and boys, Abraham is no lockett, he ain't gonna let Pavlik fight on the outside, the whole of a fight will be in mid distance, close quarters.

...Yeah, I thought maybe he was joking with that statement. Maybe not.

would be a great fight but i think it would be Pavlik decision, esp. if it took place in USA

Unlike Miranda, Pavlik knows how to be effective from a distance. He's also starting to throw that right to the body as you can see at the end of Taylor rematch and Lockett fight.

It's a hell of a fight though because Abraham has legit power in both hands, and a tighter defense than anyone Kelly's faced. Right now I'd lean towards Pavlik.

For as much as i like Pavlik (not on his nuts but totally recon his skills and respect him) i have to say he can't beat Abraham yet, based on what i have seen from both of those fighters. Abraham is a bit more complete and if Taylor could hurt Pav, so can Abraham, with the difference Abraham is always in top physical conditions and with a good gameplan.

Abraham won me over. His "I like America" "American people nice" comments in broken English comments were funny. He definatley made a big statement for himself, very good for boxing. I still think Pav would win, he would find a way to hurt AA when he turtles up on the ropes. Edison Miranda really exposed himself as nothing more than a brawler who can easily get counterpunched.

It would be a great fight but I think Abraham's style and strategy is very risky against someone like Pavlik.
