It really is amazing how many people thought Miranda was going to kill Abraham.

Miranda looked very weak at the weigh in. I don't think he trains properly, meaning he doesn't stay close to fighting weight, and has to lose a lot of lbs each and every time he fights, sort of like hatton. His technique and ring smarts allow him to get tired in fights too.

I said after his initial win against Miranda that I'd favor him to beat Taylor (mostly because I've always felt Taylor was fairly bum-ish) and I think a fight with Pavlik would be fantastic.

I wouldn't really compare him to Winky. Each have a solid guard, but the manner in which they tie it into their gameplan and offense is so much more different. Winky is all about controlling the ring by just turtling towards his opponent and throwing out his jab, while AA just tucks up and waits until he feels comfortable to throw some big shots before tucking up again.

He has a tight defense, and he wins rounds by effective counterpunching, good footwork and ring generalship, He is also one of the hardest punchers in the sport... I think he can beat Pavlik, me and kayjay are one of the few who have said this in the past, I still stick to my words...I hope Abraham vs Pavlik happens soon.
