It looked to be a bit of an early stoppage, no?

I thought so. He proved he could fight back before. At least he could've been given another chance.
He did it before in that very fight, so why not just give him a chance again.

Gomez was sure to lose, but he's a warrior and should've been given more of a chance.

I called the stoppage just before it happened so I have absolutely no complaints about it.

It's arguable but he did take a lot of punches in the fight.

            It was questionable imo.

I thought it was a tad too early. Yes Gomez had taken a lot of shots, but he was still fighting back. It was the biggest fight of his career and he deserved the benefit of the doubt. The ref also decided to stop it just when Khan had missed with several punches. Too eager IMO.

Gomez was eating headshot after headshot all night, right from the first round. You can't let a fight continue in those circumstances.

Although i would have let it go on a bit more, It was a justified stoppage, Gomez was taking too much punishment.
