Abraham Miranda - Ridiculously Lob Sided

Miranda is pure street trash. The man INTENTIONALLY head butts someone with a broken jaw. That's low, desperate, and weak ***** ass ****. Hopefully Abraham knocks him down to the ground where he belongs.

Couldnt agree more. After headbutting your opponent deliberately and breaking his jaw you dont get the benefit of the doubt from the ref when the low blows happen. Hes a dirty fighter. I think without the point reductions the fight was 1 point in favor of Abraham anyway. Miranda threw more punches but Abraham had the more effective shots.

I dont care how many points were deducted from Miranda,He clearly won that fight. not to mention the ridiculous 2 point deduction, I have never heard of such madness.

It shouldve been a total of 2 points deducted 1 from the lowblow and 1 from the headbutt which makes it a 10-8 round thats it.

take a look at the scorecards which were far from what I expected.

I see what you're saying, Miranda would have won the fight if he hadn't had the points deductions, but it wasn't ridiculously lop-sided, I think Abraham still took some of the rounds after the jaw break., and remember, this was a guy with a badly broken jaw.

The fight was very crooked, no doubt about that, but Miranda has the chance to put it right on home soil tonight, and prove that he should have won. if indeed he should have. Hopefully it'll be a good fight.

I had it 112-111 and have my scorecard I can pull up. I gave Abraham 4 rounds obviously, but the man fought with a broken jaw and even did really well in round 10 I believe it was. I thought he was winning early on fairly easily before the jaw incident. Here's a few things about that fight I noted:

1) 2 point deductions is common for an intentional foul. A lot of people here don't know that.

2) Miranda has to be the dumbest boxer on the planet or close to it. Not even 15 seconds after losing a point for a low blow he throws ANOTHER body shot. You're not supposed to throw body shots PERIOD after losing even one point for a low blow. Yet this idiot kept throwing them.

Think how ridiculous that is that the guy who won on my scorecard only won four rounds. 112-111 is the lowest score I can recall for a 12 round fight. I think one of Trinidad's fights was really low like that with knockdowns and what not, but the WINNER only getting 112? That's insane

This was one of the worst reffing jobs I've ever seen, and the result should read Miranda TKO.

I dont argue that at all. The point deductions were absolute bull**** too. But that said if you dont think Abraham was the much better fighter all things considered then you werent watching the same fight I was. Without the broken jaw Abraham wins going away. Hell he stole a couple of the later rounds with it anyway.
