sorry but what else did you expect cotto to do to a guy like a gomez? FLoyd did all that you mentioned x's 10 to a fighter ten times better than gomez at the time. Of course gomez beat gatti but it would be foolish to compare the gatti floyd beat to the gomez cotto beat. This is about as a complete annihilation as you will ever see in boxing.

Nope... Judah was backing away so Cotto had to come forward to make a fight... He would get picked apart from the outside if he tried to box Judah without pressuring him ever.

Mosley stood his ground, so Cotto had to box.

What did Gomez bring to the table that would scare Cotto from going at him? He was not overly skilled and he doesn't have the power. Anyone can go all out at Gomez if they are any good.

That fight is a terrible predictor of whether Cotto-Margarito will be exciting. Trust me.
