Pavlik needs to stay away from Hopkins. He will make him look bad and people on here will start talking.

I'm not saying Hopkins would win, far from it BUT Pavlik will look akward trying to land something serious on B-Hop and missing all night long.


No reason to do that when he can keep knocking out prime fighters like abraham and look good doing it.

Looking at it from Arum's standpoint, if Pavlik manages to beat Hopkins more impressively than Calzaghe, it sets up a Calzaghe-Pavlik fight very well.

I'd much rather see Pavlik pound on Winky all night. I can see it now. Winky will cover up for 80% of the fight, throw 3million jabs and 20 "so-called" power punches, then cry and complain when they give Pavlik the decision.
