This list could very well change drastically by the end of summer. If Donaire beats Mijares this summer that would make it 2 filipinos in the top 10 p4p vs 2 mexicans, 2puerto ricans, 1 euro, 1 american, and for the 1st time since the conception of p4p possibly no african american fighters in the top 10p4p

      Have I changed your mind?
yeah he might have been ko'd but he was fighting the number 1 p4p boxer

C'mon...if everyone in Boxing was the same size (i.e. the base of P4P thought), does anyone really think Hatton is top ten? He's a solid, good fighter but tat's it. No shame in that, but don't be so fascinated by the big name or two on his record, trust your eyes. He's been up and down for a few years now.

If Donaire beats Mijares and Cotto beats Margarito this quarter will that shake up the rankings enough to push mosley out of the 10spot?? Thatd be the 1sp p4p list i can think of without any black fighters in the top 10

Maybe; I hadn't really thought about it. Donaire-Maijares isn't made yet so who knows...plus Floyd could be back by then.

Ok...do you think then that if Pacquiao beats Diaz convincingly and moves up to beat Hatton convincingly as well do you think it would be enough to justify a possible Pacquiao-Mayweather fight at 140? Floyd is more than capable of making the weight limit and it would definitely generate the biggest buzz boxing has had in years

i don't get how Calzaghe can be #2 or #1 on everybody's lists but Hopkins gets left out more often than not? Hopkins proved against Calzaghe that he's still up there with the top, top boys in boxing and is deserving of a top 10 place for definite in my eyes

Because if Hopkins hadnt employed the hook and hold hatton tactics he woulda been destroyed by Calzaghe in just a few rounds. He's way over the hill and the only thing that kept him in fights is his cagyness
