B-Hop would be a bad selection for Pavlik, he is the type of fight that is to much risk for a young fighter, B-Hop is crafty and would most likely put Pavlik down once through out the fight.
Mora's handlers would be idiots to move feather fisted fighter up to Pavlik. Pavlik without respecting the other guys power? The beating would be ridiculous.
The winner of Abraham/Miranda, Sturm, Abraham if he lost, Wright, Duddy. I just want to see him with like 5 more defenses at middle weight, then move up. Just so there is no question and he isn't "running" from anyone.
Then it will be around late next year where he moves up to SM, where Kessler as well as others will still be in their prime. And he can move up to catch them, but really there is no one out there that will make him more popular in the US. Pavlik is only 26 he has at least 5 more years of "prime" left, and because his style isn't based on speed we can have him for a while.
Pavlik should fight good fighters(ranked) with nice fight clips, and destroy them basically. That is the only way he can become more popular, there isn't a name fighter that will fight him around that weight because they are all at 154, and anyone intelligent from that weight would avoid him. MW, SMW, LHW, they just aren't divisions that the public pays attention to. He just needs to win in a fan friendly way, which shouldn't be to difficult for him.Comment
