...you picked the wrong dude, playboy. Buh-bye.
Tszyu was on his way out too.

              I'll try to explain::

Look, I'm not saying Malignaggi has very much punching power at all, but that does not in any way mean he's not strong. In that sense, I can see the fight getting stopped in Malignaggi's favor.

              1. If Ricky Hatton didn't wrestle, he'd have been stopped 3 or 4 times already. Malignaggi speaks the truth. Ricky Hatton is not very good at taking a punch. Yeah, he came forward at Floyd, but what was he doing? He wasn't running in to move his hands, he was running into smother Floyd......and himself.
              2. Malignaggi is strong. He's one of the fastest handed fighters in the game. If he catches Hatton with a jab he can do whatever he wants next. 3 jabs, 1-2-1, lots of combinations will do damage. Unlike Lovemore N'dou, Ricky doesn't really block shots with his gloves.
              3. Ricky Hatton doesn't have his intense swagger anymore, he looked very hesitant in his last fight. And was hurt numerous times and didn't look in great shape. His lifestyle could have caught up with him.

Styles make fights. It's not about what Malignaggi can do, more so its what Ricky will come in with. Malignaggi could look more impressive than the first N'dou fight, it depends what Hatton shows up.

Pendleton I will give you, I forgot about that fight.
Castillo was not old compared to hatton at the time of the fight and Phillips was a good test against a guy who had been in with the best.
The castillo one is a non argument, he had no problems making 140 and his personal life is no where near as hectic as Hattons drinking and eating.
Now even with all them fighters you are on about thats 6 in total out of 45 so thats your argument about Hatton not being able to take a punch because he has fought old washed up fighters has gone right out of the window.
Why don't you go watch Hattons fights instead of just hating

Both landed in the 10th round in the same Corner:

They almost look identical, except for the whole head-into-the-turnbuckle thing.

I'm sure Paulie Malignaggie can land one of those and check that chin with one of his feather fisted punches.

Tsyzu was the strong favourite to beat hatton, was p4p top 3 at the time and the ring champ at 140.
As for Hattons last fight he totally dominated it for 12 rounds. Yes he got caught a few times but if that fight was pre Floyd and he still had his unbeaten record then no one would have mentioned Hatton getting caught. It would have been rave reviews.
As for Malignaggi, hes no where near as fast as people make out. He's been in with one good fighter and got totally hammered. Malignaggi will be knocked out imo trying to go toe to toe with Hatton. In all the fights I have seen paulie fight he has done nothing imo to suggest he can mix it with Hatton. Also imo hatton punches harder at 140 than cotto did, people might disagree but hatton fought tougher opponents at 140 and had a higher ko rate.
Yes hatton migth be on the decline but hes deffo not shot and theres no one to beat him at 140

...against a blown-up lightweight who had not fought in almost two years.
