    Bi Stanced Boxing

Is it good to train in both Southpaw and orthadox? I mean would it help in the ring at all?

It's called switch hitting btw (yes a bit suspect i know)

Marvin Hagler did it as well, but some prefer to train in one stance because it teaches them to use one stance to find holes in another stance, some prefer to use both stances because it offers them a wider range of attacks. etc.

Seeing as you're 15, I forgive you for your poor spelling.

You should master one stance before trying to learn a second.

It's too complicated for 15 year olds to try so I suggest you stick to one stance.
