i am not yank but why do you assume people posting are? one thing i wonder is this, answer this question for me if you dont mind.

do english people who support calzaghe also support wales when they play rugby or football?. calzaghe is proud welshman, yet when he has success he immediately becomes british insteads of just welsh, so english can claim him as theirs even though he is proud to be welsh. maybe it is the media`s fault i dont know

You don't understand Great Britain. We support whomever we want to as long as they are British. It's not that hard to fathom.

Point is that English don't really give a ****, it's ****s like the welsh who don't like the english. I don't know anyone who actively hates the welsh, no ones got any reason to. People make jokes about them but no one really hates them.
