Fight was won on split decision by a 1point margin. Take away the point deducted from barrera and replace it with the knockdown he earned in the 7th and thats a 3 point swing. Turns it from SD Marquez to UD Barrera on the cards

He lit a cigarette, and he didn't blow it in the face of merchant. You guys have not watched enough boxing to know who was a bad ass when you mention mayorga and Pac, and i dont mean to say that to insult you. Mayorga did let forrest and tito hit him. Tito wobbled him, and wobbled mayorga and forced him to put his hands up. Forrest hit him, but didn't get complete leverage because he thought it was a trick. Forrest did land hard the second time he landed, but not like he normally does. I thought mayorga lost the forrest rematch.

The baddest man on the planet is really talking about heavyweights. Who cares about a middle weight or anything under? Baddest is people are scared of them and do crazy things and say a lot crazy things. That title unquestionably belongs to Tyson no one else. Duran that man who quitted is the baddest???

Barrera was a killer in the ring. Young Foreman, Dempsey, Hagler. If we're speaking of real (personal) life, probably Monzon, he was an animal and a freak of nature. More like what Tyson talked himself up to be than Tyson ever was (with all the attendant issues).

Barrera lost by unanimous decision, and the fight wasn't close.
