I am pumped for this fight. This is exactly what boxing needs. I would rather watch Dawson fight Diaconu rather than watch the hyped up fights such as Mayweather/De La Hoya ect. These are two young hungry fighters that are trying to make a name for themselves. Both fighters will be on their best games. Fights like these deserve more press.

I like Diaconu and all, but he barely got past Chris Henry. He is just settling into his game now and to me is still a little green. I expect Dawson to beat him.

Televising a fight from Europe is a lot more problems and costs for Showtime than if it is in the US like the original fight. I hope you're right though...

I just don't understand the point of it to be honest, ESPECIALLY when it is a smaller country like Romania. I mean, really, who is Romania on an international stage?
It's what you call, a WORLD champion. Otherwise, fight for international titles and stay at home.

Me too. Dawson is simply better. But Diaconu has a punchers chance, not a big one though.

Agrees nothing, Diaconu's promoter won the purse bid and is preparing some home cooking to get him a title belt. They could have brought this fight somewhere closer to the rest of the world, but obviously they don't want that type of international attention.

As for Ultima, he doesn't put sources because that would expose his spin.
